As a result of our girl changing schools we are selling this dress. It has been only worn 3 days of competition by this 2019 WQ. She received it new in September 2018 from Elevation Design. It comes with matching pink never worn kick-pants/bloomers. Kite attached (no head piece) message me here if any questions.
