Beautiful Blue and White Dress

This beautiful dress has served my daughter well, we are sad to have to let it go. This dress sparkles on stage, we had the sleeves changed to sheer but have the original sleeves as well. We have had it let out twice but there is still some room to let out and plenty of room to let down. Asking $800 but willing to negotiate.
