“Celtic Dream” – A lovely, more traditional, Blue Velvet and White Satin, with white and matching blue embroidery and velvet sleeves. The white Satin skirt is lined with bright red to accent the red roses and give that flash of color when dancing.
It can be sized to fit with 4 inches of grow room in width and 3″ in length. It is fully lined in a light blue print, 100% cotton fabric. It comes with TWO matching crowns, one in blue and one in white as shown. The crowns have a center back steel clip as well as the elastic bands on each side., with a heavy duty, separating zipper.
